Key Responsibilities:
- General Labor: Perform physical tasks required for the restoration process.
- General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site.
- Water Mitigation: Execute water removal, drying, and dehumidification processes.
- Demolition: Safely remove damaged building materials as needed.
- Documentation: Capture photo and written documentation of projects for client records.
- Heavy Lifting: Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment and materials.
- Overtime: Willingness to work overtime, including some weekends, to meet client needs.
- Initiative: Follow directions from supervisors while taking initiative in tasks.
- Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and efficiency.
- Communication: Read and write English proficiently to follow instructions and complete documentation.
- Driving: Operate a company vehicle to travel to various job sites.
- Certifications: IICRC Certifications are a plus, but not required.

- Experience: Prior experience as a Water Mitigation Technician with a proven track record of success.

- Full Time employment
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
