Rainbow International of Central Oregon is a full-service disaster restoration company looking for an experienced Office Manager.

Our IICRC-certified technicians respond quickly to remediate structural damage from fire, smoke, mold, and water. We also perform any reconstruction needed to get our customers back to pre-loss condition as soon as possible, for start-to-finish restoration.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·         First point of contact for customers, entering new jobs in our software program and coordinating with the technicians. 
·         All data entry for jobs, accounting, and filing. Maintaining accurate records in job software and Quickbooks.
·         Invoicing customers, processing all payables and receivables.
·         Coordinating all purchasing for the office, shop, and technicians.


·         Minimum of 2 years administrative office experience
·         Minimum of 2 years accounting experience including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
·         Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
·         Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
·         Must be able to pass a background check
·         Must be able to work 40-hour weeks, full time


·         Hourly wage is based on experience
·         Qualifying quarterly bonus program
·         7 paid holidays
