The Project Manager is responsible for determining the scope of work for the project, working in conjunction with the Homeowner, Property Manager, Adjuster, or Insurance Company. The Project Manager ensures the work is completed on time and to the highest quality, focusing on the scope and estimate of work to bring the property back to pre-loss state.
Responsibilities:
· Initiate initial customer contact, assess damages, educate the client on the process, timing and expectations of emergency and repair phase
· Establish the scope of work for the project.
· Prepare accurate quotes and estimates, using Xactimate.
· Ability to lead and develop a team

Qualification and Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years in the Restoration industry
· Minimum 2 years’ experience using Xactimate is required, successfully preparing residential and commercial estimates for a variety of insurer profiles.
· IICRC Certifications, minimum Water Damage Restoration (WRT)
· Experience using MS Outlook, Word & Excel required.
