What You’ll Do
- Frame, drywall, finish, and trim with precision and pride.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings like a pro.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain safe, organized, and top-quality worksites.
- Collaborate with project managers and tradespeople to bring projects to life.
- Solve challenges on the fly because no two projects are ever the same.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven carpentry experience (residential and commercial a big plus).
- Skilled with tools, equipment, and materials.
- Able to read blueprints and follow technical plans.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable, flexible, and a great communicator.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
