- Construction & Repairs: Perform carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, finishing, trim work, and cabinetry for both residential and commercial projects.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure precise execution of plans.
- Materials Management: Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials to specifications. Ensure materials are used efficiently and minimize waste.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite. Adhere to company and industry standards for quality and safety.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, other carpenters, and tradespeople to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Problem-Solving: Address any unexpected issues on the job site with creativity and efficiency, ensuring project quality is not compromised.

- Proven experience as a Carpenter, ideally with both residential and commercial project experience.
- Proficient with carpentry tools and equipment, including saws, drills, levels, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in carpentry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
