You are self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic. You are driven to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction while working cooperatively with others to manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. This position reports directly to the President and Director of Operations in the Company.

Specific Responsibilities:

Develop and track KPI's for business
Manage Accounting on specific construction jobs
Job Budgeting
Setting up draw schedules with clients and insuring draw schedule is being met.

Job Requirements:

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong accounting data reporting skills
Professional appearance and personality
Strong team player who can also work independently
