Rainbow Restoration is seeking a skilled and experienced Mold Remediation Supervisor to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mold remediation, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and manage a team of technicians. As a Mold Remediation Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of mold remediation projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Supervise and lead a team of mold remediation technicians on various job sites.
- Conduct initial site assessments and develop comprehensive remediation plans.
- Ensure all remediation activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and maintain detailed records of site activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain and manage remediation equipment and materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in mold remediation or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold remediation, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Texas Mold Remediation Supervisor License (or ability to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of mold remediation techniques, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and areas affected by mold and water damage.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
