We are seeking an experienced Restoration Insurance Adjuster to join our team and play a critical role in handling insurance claims, assessing damages, and ensuring fair and accurate settlements for our clients.

Job Overview:

As a Restoration Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for evaluating property damage claims related to water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration. You will work closely with insurance carriers, homeowners, and our restoration teams to facilitate claim approvals and ensure a smooth process from assessment to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess property damage and prepare accurate estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., Xactimate).
Work closely with insurance companies, policyholders, and our restoration team to ensure fair claim settlements.
Conduct on-site inspections to document damages, determine scope of work, and estimate repair costs.
Negotiate with insurance adjusters and provide necessary documentation to support claims.
Assist in preparing and submitting supplements when additional work is required.
Stay updated on industry standards, insurance policies, and claim-handling procedures.
Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the claims process and addressing their concerns.

Qualifications:

Experience as an insurance adjuster or working with insurance claims in the restoration or construction industry.
Proficiency in Xactimate or similar estimating software.
Strong knowledge of restoration processes, including water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation.
Ability to interpret insurance policies and communicate effectively with adjusters and policyholders.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
