About the Role:

We are seeking a Restoration Mitigation Manager to join our team at Rainbow International Of Greenville County. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for a motivated individual to oversee the mitigation process and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of mitigation technicians
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the restoration process
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Communicate effectively with customers and insurance adjusters
Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

Prior experience in restoration or mitigation industry
Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
IICRC certification is a plus

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
