We're looking for an experienced Project Superintendent – Restoration to lead field operations, run projects from start to finish, and turn chaos into a smooth, well-managed rebuild. Rainbow Restoration is one of Northeast Tennessee's premier restoration and reconstruction companies, with 40+ years of combined industry experience serving residential and commercial clients across: Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Storm Damage Repair, Mold Remediation, Property & Residential Reconstruction, Commercial Restoration, and Insurance Restoration Services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from planning through completion
- Manage multiple projects at once — crews, subs, vendors, materials, and schedules
- Walk properties with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance adjusters
- Support estimating and documentation using Xactimate (preferred)
- Own budgets, timelines, and quality control
- Communicate proactively so customers always know what's next
- Spot problems before they become delays — and fix them
- Deliver a stand-out customer experience while protecting the bottom line
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
- 3+ years in restoration, insurance restoration, construction management, project supervision, or residential/commercial construction
- Experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors
- Solid grasp of reconstruction, remodeling, mitigation, or restoration operations
- Xactimate experience a big plus (not required for the right person)
- Strong communicator and natural leader
- Comfortable working with homeowners, insurance carriers, and commercial clients
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
