About the Role:

Join Rainbow International of Cincinnati as a Restoration Supervisor, where you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to restoring homes and businesses after disasters. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference in people's lives while ensuring high-quality restoration services.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of restoration projects, leading a team of 3-6 employees daily, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site assessments and develop detailed restoration plans.
Lead and mentor a team of restoration technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all restoration activities.
Manage project budgets and maintain accurate records of materials and labor costs.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety protocols preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
