About the Role:
Join Rainbow International Of Cincinnati as a Water Restoration Supervisor, where you'll lead a dedicated team in restoring properties to their former glory. Responsibilities:
- Oversee water damage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage and train a team of technicians in water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of water damage and develop action plans.
- Maintain inventory of restoration equipment and materials, ensuring readiness for emergency calls.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the restoration process.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all restoration activities.
- Prepare detailed documentation of projects for insurance claims and company records.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in water damage restoration or related field, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
- Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC) is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
