About the Role:
As the Restoration Team Lead at Rainbow International of Cincinnati, you will play a crucial role in leading our dedicated team to restore properties to their former glory. Join us in making a difference in the lives of our clients while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with team members to execute fire remediation services.
- Conduct site assessments and develop restoration plans tailored to client needs.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skill sets and improve performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Manage inventory and equipment to ensure readiness for all projects.
- Assist in estimating project costs and preparing reports for management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restoration or construction management, preferably 3+ years. (Not Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Clean Criminal Background as you will be working in customer homes.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
