About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Rainbow International Of Cincinnati as a General Labor Mitigation/Demolition specialist! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in restoring properties and ensuring safety after damage, all while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the demolition and mitigation of properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage.
Safely operate tools and equipment to carry out demolition tasks.
Prepare sites for restoration by removing debris and hazardous materials.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Communicate with supervisors about project progress and any issues encountered.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in demolition or construction is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
