Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Support the training and development of team members to enhance performance.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
Drive and lead production at each job

Requirements:

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
