THE TEAM & THE MISSION

You'll work alongside our Project Managers, General Manager, office team, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

Your mission:

KEEP THE JOB MOVING.

When materials are needed, make it happen.

When subcontractors need coordination, handle it.

When a Project Manager needs boots on the ground, be there.

When something changes, communicate it.

When there's a problem, help solve it.

Every project you move forward helps a family get back home, a business reopen, or a customer put a difficult situation behind them.

THE ROLE

PROJECT COORDINATOR

$20/hour | Full-Time

The Project Coordinator turns plans into action.

You'll help coordinate restoration and reconstruction projects from scope to completion.

Schedules. Materials. Subcontractors. Customers. Documentation. Jobsites. Follow-up.

This is not simply a desk position.

We need someone who can think, communicate, organize, anticipate problems, and execute.

When you do this job well, Project Managers can lead effectively, crews know where they're going, materials arrive on time, subcontractors know what's expected, customers stay informed, and projects keep moving.
