About the Role:

Rainbow International of Cincinnati is looking for a motivated and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Fairfield, OH — no experience necessary! This is an exciting opportunity to launch a hands-on career in the restoration industry, where every day brings new challenges and the chance to make a real difference for people in their time of need. We'll provide the training; you bring the drive!

Responsibilities:

Perform water, fire, and smoke damage restoration services at residential and commercial job sites
Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
Assist with debris removal, demolition, and structural drying processes
Document job site conditions through photos, notes, and moisture readings
Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
Load, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles
Follow safety protocols and industry standards on every job

Requirements:

No prior restoration experience required — full on-the-job training provided
Strong work ethic with a positive, team-player attitude
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to emergency calls as needed
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
