About the Role:

Rainbow International of Cincinnati is looking for a motivated and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Anderson Township, OH — no prior experience required! Responsibilities:

Assist with water, fire, and smoke damage restoration on residential and commercial properties
Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
Perform water extraction, debris removal, and structural drying procedures
Support mold remediation and odor removal processes under technician supervision
Document job site conditions with photos and written notes for project records
Communicate professionally with customers during on-site visits to ensure satisfaction
Maintain, clean, and organize equipment and company vehicles

Requirements:

No prior restoration or construction experience necessary — we will train the right candidate
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied environments
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
