Rainbow International of Cinti/NKY is hiring a crew leader for our Content/Structural Cleaning Division. As a restoration crew leader, you are a key team member responsible for cleaning property primarily damaged by mold or smoke. You also will inventory and photo document salvageable and non-salvageable items in a software program. As a team leader you ideally would have previous experience in content restoration. Our crew leaders lead teams of 2-4 people. Our teams work hard and do a great service for our customers during a very stressful time in their lives. Our work is varied, rewarding and we like to have Fun in the Process. Understanding the nature of our business, and the urgency of our services for those affected by disasters, you must be willing and able to work after hours and on weekends on occasion as a part of our After Hours On-Call Schedule. This usually is rewarded with bonuses and overtime.

Specific Responsibilities:

Proficiency in the established industry standards for water, mold, and fire damage clean-up.
Ensure quality work and completeness by following detailed line item estimates
Maintain complete and accurate job files and daily notes
Maintain company equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned including cleaning and care of our office/warehouse facility.

Job Requirements:

Valid Driver's License good driving history
Clean background check
Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Computer literate; ability to learn and use our business software is critical.
Good communication skills
