As the company Bookkeeper, you are a key team member, responsible for the accuracy of the entering of receipts and expenses, job costing, and invoicing and entering bills. The hours are flexible and part time A typical work week would range between 15-20 hours/week.

Specific Responsibilities:

Entering of invoices and receipts daily ensuring job costing is captured correct and timely
Record customer payments and deposits and make deposits daily
Entering of all credit card receipts and bank expenses
Work with project manager and support staff to collect draws and A/R timely and project weekly cash flow
Use initiative to drive process improvements, maintain/review corporate policies/procedures
Work with Owner to analysis previous year's financial data and create the annual budget
Assist office staff when needed in answering phones, etc.
Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

Associates preferred in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
Quickbooks Online knowledge required
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent organization and time management skills
Professional communicator both written and oral
Honest, hardworking team oriented
