Rainbow International of Cinti/NKy is looking for a positive, experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team of professionals and create an attractive atmosphere through accomplishment and fun in the process. We are a leader in the restoration industry in the Tri-State and provide an enjoyable, fast paced, positive work environment with potential for professional growth. We are looking for an experienced team leader who has experience managing multiple jobs and personnel to complete projects successfully. The ideal applicant will have a strong working knowledge of business management, estimating, is customer focused, and has the planning, organizing and execution skills needed to complete jobs in a timely, efficient, and profitable manner.

Specific Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure all service is delivered to meet customer requirements
Schedule and maintain subcontractors and in-house employees to complete projects on time and on budget
Work with adjusters and policy holders to collect payments timely
Manage the maintenance of all assigned vehicles and equipment
Communicate with customers throughout restoration process
Inspect the job sites frequently to verify the scope of work is being performed correctly, that it meets the projected timeline and that it complies with Rainbow International standards
Work with management to develop professional relationships with potential referral sources to generate and increase profitable business
Evaluate and improve processes for recruitment and training
Perform other duties as required
Continuously seek to improve training and processes to improve efficiency and quality

Job Requirements:

Previous project management experience a must
High school diploma acceptable, college degree in management preferred; five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Driver's License
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
Professional appearance and personality
Team player who can work independently
