Full-time. Must be able to work flexible schedule (weekends as needed, probable evening work, you will be on-call 2 weekends a month). Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis. This can be a dirty, physical job.
This is a service based position. You will be in people's homes, so you MUST be great with customer service.

SUMMARY We provide hands-on training to perform cleaning and restoration services that equal or exceed company and customer quality standards. Clean carpets, upholstery, area rugs, and tile. Help restore drywall, cabinets, or anything that has been damaged by water, smoke, fire, debris or other methods of damage. Perform other specialty services as required. Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required. Develop new customers to ensure growth of the business. Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Every hired technician will be required to take a drug test and full background check.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. All training will be provided.
- Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers. Load and unload equipment and supplies from the vehicle to the work site. Set up the work site by moving furniture and equipment and restore the work site to the original configuration when the job is complete. Ensure all furniture and other like items are placed on blocks or tabs when returning the work site to the original configuration.
- Perform cleaning of new and worn carpeting, upholstery, area rugs, and tile. Perform all work to meet or exceed company and customer quality standards.
- Perform restoration services of carpets, upholstery and tile that have been damaged by water, smoke or other problems.
- Establish and maintain a service schedule to insure all service is delivered to meet customer requirements.
- Comply with all applicable Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other federal, state and local regulations for handling and disposal of waste water and chemicals.
- Comply with all verbal and written safety policies and practices. Read and comprehend all applicable SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for chemicals that require special handling and personnel protective equipment.
- Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment to company published standards.
- Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school education and two to three years of work experience that need not be related to the essential functions of this job.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY Apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must have and maintain a valid vehicle operator’s license appropriate to the equipment operated.
