We are a mitigation company specializing but not limited to repair work after water or fire damage. We have serviced the greater Tacoma area since the mid 1980’s. We are looking for help in our reconstruction department, leads and experienced helpers as the company continues to grow. We have full time and part time work available. We are also looking for sub-contractors who can do individual trades and/or entire projects. We have an overflow of work, we tend to do a fair amount of insurance work and it just keeps coming. We are a smaller company with a high focus on our employees and customer service, Respect, Integrity and customer focus are our guiding light. Work involves but not limited to Drywall repair, mill work, cabinets, flooring, painting etc. Must be able to operate a basic software program for job notes, scheduling and updates. We are based in Tacoma. Hours are 8-5 M-F.
Skills:
Framing, carpentry, mill work, drywall, texture, paint, flooring, tile, good customer service and communications, estimating, basic to advance computer skills, responsible, honest and on time.

Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies)
Valid driver’s license
Pass a drug screen, include no marijuana
We will provide a truck and tools
Full time work 35 plus hrs. per week.
Must be able to work independently with some oversite
