- Handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Stay in close contact with managers regarding job status, progress, and progress payments, and assist with time sensitive requirements
- Actively notate job progress in different company platforms
- Create jobs, and edit and update the details of jobs daily
- Contact customers, as needed, for progress payments and other needed documentation
- Learn different job programs and manage associated documents
- Perform other duties as required that will aid in the day to day. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties or previously listed tasks.
- Computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
- Experience in Xactware would be helpful, but not mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Team player who can work independently
