As Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member supporting the work of management and other staff. You are responsible for customer service, bookkeeping, and maintaining of accounts for Rainbow International. Exemplifying our code of values, you will show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You have to be self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic. You have to be driven to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction while working cooperatively with others to manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

This position consist of a high level of follow up on residential and commercial accounts with a foundation of great customer service that focuses on the overall goal of maintaining an established customer-base while collecting on accounts. This position requires a high level of multi-tasking, assertiveness, persistence, efficiency, and accuracy.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Call customer for collection of funds on accounts
Assist with the scheduling of services
Notify customers of service call status and follow up with customers after the work is completed
Clerical duty as required including, but not limited to customer and job data entry
Maintain customer account

Job Requirements:

Computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry and skills
Professional appearance and personality
Team player who can work independently
